Piper Services Ltd offers a dedicated tailored modular fabrication and assembly solution—from individual pipe spools to fully engineered and integrated skid packages.

Each system is designed to meet the unique technical and operational requirements of our clients across sectors such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Power, and Process Industries.

Each skid package is assigned a Piper Services project manager who oversees the project from initial concept to final delivery and inspection.

This single-point accountability ensures all milestones, safety requirements, quality standards, and budget targets are consistently met.

Design & Engineering

From your initial P&IDs and technical specification, our in-house engineering team develops detailed process layouts, mechanical designs, and structural plans. We provide:

  • Mechanical design of pipework, supports, frames, and structures
  • Detailed fabrication drawings for accurate and efficient manufacture
  • Integration with electrical and instrumentation design as needed
  • Support with equipment selection, procurement, and specification

Full Turnkey Delivery

Our turnkey packaged systems can include all finishing and integration requirements, such as:

  • Painting, galvanising and polishing
  • Installation of thermal insulation
  • Electrical and instrumentation installation (by others)
  • Functional testing and FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) at our facility prior to shipment
