Pipework
We hold permanent skilled staff manufacturing in a variety of materials such as Copper, Carbon Steel, Low Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex, Super Duplex and Aluminium.
Welding
Our fully coded welding personel cover processes such as TIG, MIG and MMA.
We have a number of modern welding machines in our workshops to carry out the various procedures.
Piper Services also carry mobile welding plant – a variety of Diesel driven welder / generators for site applications and a number of machines that can be transported to site if mains power is available.
Borescope
Video camera inspection of pipe work with up to 40m reach
Steelwork / Fabrications
Piper Services have completed many steelwork projects ranging from Platforms and handrails to bespoke fabrication projects.
On / Off Site Coded Welding
On / off site coded welding to your own procedure. Alternatively our team can advise you how to get the best results
